OK this one I will try --Help and Support, Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 3

tell me about this "Updatever file that is not correct. I had been to and
tried the other - Read before you download --sites. Thanks I'm hoping they
have a solution
that doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out or to download--not sure
