Windows Installer Keeps Starting Up

Hi,

Starting just a few days ago (after I installed SP3), whenever I start
Microsoft Expression Web, the Windows Installer starts and trys to reinstall
Office 2003. It eventually gives me the following error:

"Error 1402. Setup cannot open the registry key
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MasterAggregatorForIPP\MSDAIPP\Providers\{9FECD570-B9D4-11d1-9C78-0000F875AC61}.
Verify that you have sufficient permissions to access the registry or contact
Microsoft Product Support Services (PSS) for assistance. For more information
about how to contact PSS, see C:\Program Files\Microsoft
Office\OFFICE11\1033\PSS10R.CHM"

The problem is this key doesn't exist in my registry! I can navigate up to
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Classes\SOFTWARE, but then there is nothing after
Software.

I was able to find
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\MSDAIPP\Providers\{9FECD570-B9D4-11d1-9C78-0000F875AC61} and I then checked that I do have full control permissions.

I've also gone to the Control Panel, Add/Remove programs and then tried to
repair or reinstall Office but I get the same error message about the
registry key. I'm afraid to remove then reinstall Office 2003 since I bet I
won't be able to reinstall it if I remove it.

What could be going on? How can I fix this?

Thank you.

-David
