Lately my computer has been so slow.. the computer resource is always at
100%
and it's so frustrating trying to find out whats causing it since it is
way
too laggy.
So unless someone has a CLEAR suggestion i will reformat.
I have a window's XP proffesional. and i think Malware is causing my
computer to use 100%.. Services exe takes around 30%.. the process thing
itslef is around 40%
and mg(something something) takes around like 30%
btw thanks all to everyone who tried to help me in my last question.

Sometimes that is actually the best approach, in terms of saving time and
being thorough.

However, as mentioned by others, if you don't have an understanding of what
caused this or at least what allowed the system to deteriorate or become
compromised, you are likely to have the same problem again.

Back up your data, and then start with removing and recreating the
partition; don't just format the system. This takes only a few minutes
more and can help you be sure you are starting from a clean slate (or
partition table).

Immediately after the basic XP install, add the system drivers. Then any
XP service packs and updates, followed by apps like virus scanners, then
your apps, and then recover your data. A/V scan the data prior to copying
it back in place.
