You could use gpedit.msc to institute a logoff script.
It could be a batch file with a command like 'taskkill nscservice'
This is available in Pro editions only.
There are also scripting commands to do the same thing.

When I shutdown my PC, i get an error that a program called NSCSERVICE cannot.
shutdown.
I know this is a file from Norton.
What can I do to get rit off this message?
It's a veryu irritating thing!
