Hi,

Recently My PC was infected by virus/spyware.I have Bitdefender Total
Security 2008 which deleted the virus
but after that i could not boot into safe mode(normal mode is still
working
good and safe mode was working before
bitdefender deleted it) I am not sure what happened.

Whenever i try to get into safe mode, it loads all the drivers and shows
the
black screen with "safemode" letters
on each corner of the screen but doesnt beyond that.(no errors/warnings)

My question is how can i debug what is happening after drivers loaded?how
can i recover the safe mode? I also have the ISO of UBCD4Win to repair.

My PC config is
WinXP Professional with SP3(RC)
Bitdefender Total security 2008
AVG Free Antivirus 8.0
