Your sticker is a Windows XP Professional OEM sticker. You will need anAs i wrote, i got PC.
OEM copy of Windows XP Pro. Also if he sold you that license without a
computer (or any hardware for that matter) then he broke OEM rules doing
that. The OEM stickers should always be supplied with a CD.

I got PC and COA tag. Computer's harddisk was unformated(so blank) and i got
no CD with COA tag.
