If you boot to 'Safe Mode With Networking', you can log on as the default "Administrator" account, which should have a blank password. (Press F8 on restart) The download should then work, and run for you.
secedit is not in Home ed.

I am sorry Mark but this did not help thee subinacl download would not work.
widows would not allow me to download it and in looking it seems to be for
windows professional not home I tried to download the file 3 times but again
windows siaad there was something wrong and stopped it. Also when I typed in
the command for secedit in the second post my system said it did not
recognize it. I am sorry...... But I really appreciate your taking the time
to try and help me. people like you are special and appreciated!
