Yes, that looks exactly like a physical card in one of the PCI slots on the MoBo would look like. Pulling it may not be what you want, if you are using it for your Ethernet connection. The wire from the router would be stuck in the RJ-45 port of the card, if so. If not, pulling it is easy and harmless. I would guess they installed this 'packet scheduler' is for some local domain server they were using, but I'm really not familiar with that.

Hi Mark, Device Mgr\Action\Scan for Hardware Changes. I clicked a cpl

Marvel Yukon 88E800/8003/8010 PCI Gigabit Ethernet Controller– it came back
from a Shop with this entry (Had a new Power Supply installed). I phd them
to help me delete it and was told not related to them that it must be on the
MB although I’ve never seen it before and I have a JPG of Device Manager
entries prior to leaving home. I guess it got activated some way. Anyway
back to this problem.

Would this D-Link Adapter be a physical CARD in the Laptop? Is this
something I might be able to remove. Oh I just thought of something. I’m
getting an Error on the laptop:

practically bullet proof.
On to Devmgmt.msc (Dev. Manager). Anything NOT physically attached at the
moment, will disappear from the list when you use 'action' menu, 'scan for
hardware changes' If you see something after that, it's there somewhere.
Perhaps you mean in the "Network Connections" folder. If so, those will have
a delete with a rightclick on the icon.
