I am running Microsoft Windows xp Home Edition
I only have the Kodak camera and dock - it is not an all-in-one
I don't know why the error message "VistaDB." exx
I tried to restore again and the same message comes up and the it gets
progessively worse until I have to restore again. I still cannot stop it
from auto restarting so I can read the "blue screen." Whenever I try to
connedt to the internet on the hp laptop, it shuts down. I was told by Kodak
to uninstall the software and then go to the Kodak website and download the
software to my desktop - save - instead of using the CD because it is an
older version. I cannot connect to do so. I viewed error event log :
Applications: MCLog Event Error Event ID 5022
System: Service Control Manager Error Event 7026
DCOM - Error 10005
-- Nothing in security - I have McAfee. HELP
Any help that you offer would be greatly appreciated.
