If you cannot get into safe mode, or any reset mode - do be aware if you
reset your pc to factory defaults you will probably lose all data, at this
point you should be seeking a *competent* repair shop, who will remove your
drive and copy all data to backup media

hp laptop problems getting worse - if normal start - shuts down and
restarts
itself - can't read error screen - just flashes before shutdown. Can get
into Safe mode only - tried to run debugging - shut down again - can't get
into F2 to reset factory defaults. HP Pavilion ze5345US, but when I last
looked at system infor was showing ze5300 - had used operating disk to
bookt
from CD rom to get it to start at all - did this change system? Tried last
known configuration that worked properly - shut down. Now on, but in safe
mode. PLEASE HELP - all of my pictures are stored on laptop. Did see
something in flash about BIOs - also beginning dump of physical memory.

MESSED UP ---- can't connect to internet on that computer. Have McAfee,
Quicktime, AOL, Office 2003 - if you need more info, please contact me
