If unsuccessful with that, try the script on line 240 left side.

Hi,

When I minimise any program window, it disappears into the taskbar. The
buttons are not visible and thus I cannot re-open the minimised program.
Also, the language bar is situated at the left, on the right of the
"Start"
menu. When I right-click to "adjust the Language band position", it does
not
move at all. When I "show Language bar", my Norton icon moves to the
left,
just on the right of the "Start" menu. Then, when I "minimise the Norton
icon
to the system tray", the whole taskbar disappears. Please help. Thank you.
