When I went to http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=555439, it said:
"NOTE: It is recommended to have a good backup of Windows Registry before
applying the solution, as incorrect modifications may cause severe
problems,
and you may need to reinstall Windows operating system."
Could you tell me how to back up the registry?
