Yea, I booted into safe mode and logged in as administrator but the administrator don't have rights anymore.

I am interested in any help I can get. I have had high-class computer programmers look at it and tell me good luck (reformat).

I am replacing my current XP Pro operating system with a new one because I locked the system up by playing with the security policy. Yea, dumb but I was learning and got carried away.


Have you tried doing a repair install? Booting into Safe Mode? You don't need to buy a new OS just for this.
