Well, yet again. As I was playing a game on my computer, my computer crashed
and went to the blue screen. I still don't know what could be wrong with it.

OKay, I reinstalled all my video driver stuff. And I performed that memory.
test. The memory test said that no problems were detected.
I just have to wait and see wether or not it crashes again.

You have visited ATI site downloaded & installed the latest driver, having
first read the installation procedures?
Which may involve removing all ATI software in Add/Remove & rebooting prior
to installing.
And since new memory was installed try www.memtest.org download / create the
bootable floppy or cd and test your memory

I don't know. I asked him about it. And he says that the reason is
because
the old driver from the old video card didn't get deleted properly. He
said
that the old driver is conflicting with the newer one. I have tried
updating
my driver several times, but it never helps. I asked him what to do,
and
he
said that I will probably have to format my hard drive. However, I suck
at
computers, and I don't know how to do that. Therefore, I am seeking an
alternative that will keep most of the stuff on my computer relatively
intact.

nvram.sys is part of your graphics drivers.
You / your friend did install the drivers supplied with your vid. card
&
not
rely on win default drivers or use winupdate drivers?

I had a friend install some new RAM and a new a video card into my
computer.
And ever since, my computer has been crashing and going to the blue
screen
whenever I am playing video games or watching videos.
The main stuff it says with the Blue Screen:
