Brian - Thanks for responding.

I followed your instructions and when I clicked on Startup button I received
an error message: The C:\boot.ini file can not be opened.

Any other potions for me?

That's because the boot.ini is a Windows hidden file and you need to change the attribute to be able to view/edit it. The linked article has the information you need:
