it seems that i cannot do any updates with norton. after speaking to them
they are saying it's a problem with microsoft. any suggestions. this is

If your using a 2008 product, the sites may be being blocked by it phishing, spam and identity safe. If you disable them you should be able to get the updates and then afterwards re-enable them.
