Try rt clicking on Desktop>select Properties>Settings>Screen Resolution.
Move the Slider to the right. If on 800x600
go to 1280x768 and higher if you have a LCD Flat Panel Monitor. If older
CRT Monitor try 1024x768 or higher.
Click Apply each time you select a new rate. Then you may have to go
to Desktop>select Properties>Settings>Advanced>Monitor. Set the refresh
rate. LCD 60 CRT Monitor at least 75.

The size of my screen is too big to fit the pane so when I load into
internet
explorer etc nothing fits so I have to scroll down to get to the bootom
rather than everything fitting to see fully. All the icons on my desktop
have
also got bigger
.
