Re: arrows won't move up and down to get to safe mode

Hi Mopsy,

Are you using an USB Keyboard? If you are then be sure to enable
"Legacy USB" or something similar in your BIOS setup. If you are unsure
on how to enter the BIOS for your computer then refer to your computer
manual.
