Windows Explorer Title Bar Shows Full Path in Reverse

If I open Explorer and browse to, for example, "C:\Program Files\Google", the
title of the window is "Google\Program Files\C:" - without the quotes.

I'm fairly sure it used to show just the folder name, e.g. "Google", but I'm
not positive.

Just before I noticed this change, I installed 3 powertoys from here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/downloads/powertoys/xppowertoys.mspx

They were:
clear type tuner
open command window here
power calculator

- so maybe one of them caused it.

Anyone seen this before or know how to get the title bar back to normal?

Regards,

Roger
