I'm missing file CS561404.CAB for the Word Office Assistant. I'm missing
others as well. Since my pc came with pre-installed Windows XP I have no
disk to re-install missing files. Any help would be appreciated.
Microsoft Office (Word Assistant) is not part of Windows XP.
You have to buy Office separately.
If your computer manufacturer included a copy of Office with your PC, it is most likely only a trial
copy.
But the file you are looking for will be on an MS Office disk, and not on a Windows XP disk.
