Create a new Identity in OE (File menu) and create a hotmail account to test.
If it works, Import the old messages from the other Identity. The help will
explain that.

This came up unexpectedy a couple days ago. I use Verizon's DSL.
Verizon tried to help but couldn't.
I would sure like to get back to sending with Outlook Express and would
appreciate any help that may be out there.
