A while back, I was able to speed-up the response of the mouse pointer to
menu selection lines. I need to retard this (keep the selected menu item
active longer) now, and I can't seem to remember what I did (!).

I have Tweak installed, but the "hover" time adjustments don't do anything
for me.

Can anyone assist? Win XP-SP2
