Thanks DL. You're right, if I knew how to copy or save them, I would have
included the info from Event Viewer. The problems seem to be in The
Application and the System log.
I have no idea how to copy or save them so you could see them. Any
suggestions?

Open Event Viewer.
Double click the event you want to copy.
On the right hand side of the event's properties ***, you'll see a button that
has two sheets of paper on it. It's right below the arrow buttons.
Clicking on the button will copy the information to your clipboard.
You should now be able to paste that information into a response to DL.
