You only need InCD if you want to use DVD RW disks like a floppy or
hard drive (cut / copy / paste .) You can use Nero directly with DVD
RW media which will then become a disk like DVD Rs but you can re-use
them (Erase and redo Nero Burn.)

It is known that InCD can cause problems with disks
