Might be a line noise issue? If he/she has a long phone cord,
interference might be causing your connection to reset. It's odd if
some clients are able to access the ftp server but this one isn't.
"O" also make sure the client is turning off call waiting, caller ID
and other call notification services when he/she dials out. They might
be receiving phone calls while their dialed in.
