Ftp download pro in dial up winxp client




I have Ftp server and dial up client who download files from my ftp
server through dial up. Only one client is facing problem he is not
able to download any file. after download 50 % approx is getting
message "ftp server has reset connection",where as all othor clients
are able to download complete file. client has winxp os.
