Changing Case

Previous versions of Windows (...95, ...98, ...ME, etc.) made a small sound
(like a beep) when I changed between regular upper and lower case typing and
all upper case. The current version (XP with SP 2) does not make the sound.
Since I am not a very good typist I'd like the sound so I can prevent those
mistyping errors - in non Microsoft Word (or equivalent) programs.

Where would I find such a file?
