Press the Delete key during startup, the F1 key, F2, Esc, Ctrl/S.. It really depends on your BIOS. You didn't mention the type of computer so no definitive answer could be given. Watch the bootup and there'll sometimes be a not "Press (appropriate key" to enter Setup".
