Open Disk Defragmenter and click on Analyse. Select View Report and
click on Save As and Save. Now find VolumeC.txt in your My Documents
Folder and post a copy.
How much RAM memory? How large is your drive and how much free space?
Try Ctrl+Alt+Delete to select Task Manager and click the Performance
Tab. Under Commit Charge what is the Total, the Limit and the Peak?
In Internet Explorer select Tools, Manage Add-ons, Disable and Enable
Add-Ons. Disable Add-Ons and observe for affect. Then re-enable one by
one observing for affect.
Maybe it's as simple as needing to defrag - I have lots of dis space and
4GB of RAM, but admittedly forgot about defragging - now I feel silly! ;)
Checking the add-ons is agood idea, maybe something got "turned on" by
accident. THanks for the hints :)
