Re: msconfig problem

When I reboot to a safe boot I have two choices ; my normal boot name and
Administrator. I choose Administrator but the result is the same regardless
of which one I tried.

WHICH Admin account are you using? Don't use anything you created; use
the System Admin account. Unless you changed it, the password will be
blank.
