I was upgrade my MB and cpu. i didn't do repair installation, i did a full
clean install instead.
Did you double check that all of the connections, cables and RAM modules are securely seated properly?
Are the RAM modules installed in the proper channels per the motherboard manual?
Are the fans in the case running properly?
Did you install the drivers for the motherboard?
In Device Manager are there any devices that have a conflict? Expand and check each and every device.
In Device Manager are there any devices listed as "Other" or "Unknown"?
