Help!

I've been having a problem with very slow operation so I decided to make
some changes using msconfig to try a diagnostic startup. When I try to go
back to a normal startup I get a message "An access error was returned
while attempting to change a service. You may need to log on using an
Administrator account to make the specified changes." Problem is I am
logged on using an Administrator account. I tried adding another
administrator account and logging on to it but I get the same results.

Can anyone tell me what I need to do to get back to a Normal Startup?

Thanks,

Rick
Try to restore to previous restore point.sounds like you modified something
you shouldn't have.
