Re: Write data DVD using the explore Write CD Wizard

I have scoured the internet looking for a way to write data DVDs using the
identical CD approach built into XP (select files in explorer, click write
to
CD, then follow the pop up to complete the write). Does anyone know
anything
on this?

I don't believe it can be done--but will watch for others' responses. To
write to a DVD with Windows XP, you need software to be added, something
like Nero or Roxio, although most PCs with DVD drives (or add-on purchased
DVD drives that you install into your PC) will include software with the
hardware purchase that lets you write to the DVDs.
