I can not believe that Microsoft included this feature with out a toggle
switch. These balloon tips are useless 99% of the time and annoying 100% of
the time. And the only way to eliminate them is to hack their program or
download a routine from a source I do not know. Pure Microsoft and pure Bill
Gates. I suggest Microsoft add a way to turn off these annoying ballons.

I'm talking about when I have WinExplorer open and whenever my mouse
pointer hovers over a file a little yellowish window pops up telling
me about the file. I dont want this, is there a way to turn that off?
I have XP setup to display in classic mode if that makes a difference
(dont like rounded corners). Stuff drives me nuts
