When I do a hard reboot (like after installing software), I'm getting one of those small "error
windows" that states "WMS Idle."
Then I have to click "End Program" to get the system to shut down and restart. If I don't
click "End Program," Windows won't close. It'll just sit there without going through the hard
reboot.
I run a fairly new Sony system with XP.
Any information or suggestions on how to correct this?
Thanks.
