The Safe Mode Welcome screen of available accounts includes the

How do I check to see if I'm trying to get into the default admin account?

There is a default "Administrator" account available from Safe Mode. If
this

I have no problems using f8 go get to the boot menu to select safe
mode.
However, when I select safe mode the system will start to enter safe
mode, I
can see the XP build number at the top of the screen and safe mode in
each
corner of the but then it goes directly to the user login screen. When
I
click on an account to log into the computer reboots. How can I get
into safe
mode?
There are no viruses on this machine.
