Never delete programs--uninstall them and maybe this won't be a problem.
You really need to provide specific information about your problem--are you
getting error messages when you boot? What do they say? What is happening
that is driving your question?

Just guessing with the limited info you provided, go to the Start menu, Run,
type: msconfig and click OK. There is a Startup tab that lists
programs that are being started at boot. If you recognize something that
corresponds to whatever caused you to submit a post, you can disable it by
unchecking the box in front of it.
