I've used this same computer for seven years. Windows XP SP2. I upgraded
my CA antivirus to v2008 and Zone Alarm firewall to v7.8.408.000. Now
when I shutdown it takes about 4 minutes versus about 30 seconds before.
Also the machine automatically shut down; now I get a screen which says
"it is now safe to turn off you computer.
