It would appear to be related to Windows Messenger or MSN

FWIW, I have a similar key in my registry.

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\S\P\796572721

I also have the folder referred to in one of the above threads.

C:\Documents and Settings\Nepatsfan\Application
Data\Microsoft\Windows Messenger\796572721

I'm not worried about it.
