NTLDR is missing

Received an error message this morning on a computer that says NTLDR is missing. Please press CTRL + ALT + DEL to restart. Just put a new HDD in the computer about 2 weeks ago and loaded a fresh copy of Windows XP Home on it. Any suggestions?
