How do you find that default information? I looked through the software and
it isn't obvious--at least to me.

About a year ago, I transferred a bunch of digital pictures that I took in
Europe from my camera to my computer. I worked on them--titles, order,
etc.--and set them aside. Now, I can't find them. I've tried every

I saved some other pictures over them (replace existing file?).
Two questions:
1) Can anyone think of another metheod to find them?
2) If I did replace them with a file of the same name, is there any way to
retreive them?
IF you over-wrote the data...your original images would be gone...
but it's not likely you would have over-written them as digital cameras
generally number the data sequentially.
Maybe you saved them in a format other than .jpg ?
Why not have a look at the software you used and see how it saves data by
default
