Hi Mel,
What happen between when Nero was able to Burn and when it stopped burning
to a DVD?.
If you updated/upgraded to windows Media 11, it could be the reason why you
cannot Burn!.
Either try to rollback to Windows Media Player 10 that if you have 11
installed and see if you can Burn to DVDs.
Try to update Nero 7 or uninstall then run disk clean up, then try the
Reinstallation of Nero7.

This Error can occur if the following is true:
1-- A third-party toolbar installed.
2-- A corrupt Anti-Virus
3-- Badly written programs that the a Call handler is trying to call
indirectly or directly a function in a Method/class and the function not
there or value is wrong.
