i have DUAL boot for XP and VISTA.

I lost the ability to boot into VISTA so used the VISTA dvd to repair it , now i cant boot into XP as it cannot find the required files, yet XP is there and i cant boot into it.

Is there any way i can access XP files and ( repair ) from within Vista? or have i gotta do a install repair?

PLEASE help as this is frustrating enough.
