Internet Time sync disabled

I have a computer running with XP Home SP2. The internet time option is
disabled, grayed out. I have been looking around, but the only answer that I
can find is if the computer is part of a domain, but mine is not. I have a
LAN connection setup.
Any help getting it activated would be welcome, I'm at a loss right now.
