Re: Troubles with windows installer

Please give the complete exact error message, word for word as it appears on-screen. I kind of doubt the word "versional" is part of the error, and assume it is a typo, so please give the exact message in its entirety.

What program exactly are you trying to install, and from where was it downloaded?

Is Windows up to date with all the critical updates from Windows Update?

I have a Dell running windows xp. When I try to download a program from the
internet I get an error message:
This versional of Windows does not support digital signatures.


I can't find anything on what to do about this that is simple enought for my
limited computer capabilites. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
