options there) then there was the option to restart the computer with
the last known configuration and then of course there is the normal
startup option. It took several reboots and selecting last known
configuration to get the computer up. I did remove Norton completely
off the computer and installed AVG. However the CPU is STILL running
extremely high ALL the time-lag is so bad that it takes forever for
anything to get accomplished. I don't know what to do. I thought
about reformatting the computer but don't really want to go that far
but will if necessary.
BTW I didn't try the safe mode because I didn't know if I should or
not. Please advise!!!
