In Explorer, there are far more options in the context menu vs StartMenu
folder contains just the basics

I realized that I did not clean up all the keys. Do you know which key
affects StartMenu only but not the regular explorer?
Thanks!

Try this after disabling shell extensions.

Or simply reboot once for the changes to take effect.

I can right click on All Programs and choose open or open All Users. It will
open an Explorer window.
However doing so to the folders in the All Programs menu will result in
nothing. There is nothing in the event view either.
Any hint?
Thanks!
