Dissapearing wireless network?

Tech-Archive recommends: Repair Windows Errors & Optimize Windows Performance

I have a strange problem, my wireless network in my shop has
mysteriously dissapeared. It comes back every so often. I have tried
3
different wireless routers that i know work and all the same. It pops
back in every so often. but only for a few seconds and not very good
signal strength. I've called quest because it started with their dsl
modem, we upgraded the firmware and it worked for about 30 minutes
and
then gone again. so i tried another wireless dsl modem, and the same
thing, so i brought my router from home that i am positive works,
again, the wireless network pops in and out. and when it is there u
can't connect to it. and if you can, u can't connect to anything.
Keep
in mind my wireless router that i brought from home works excellent
at
home, no problems, all the computers in my house are wireless and
work
fine. In my shop i have alot of flourscent lights, i shut them all
off
and still the same problem. I even take a laptop a foot away from the
router and it still can't find the network. it is very strange. So I
talked to the people next door to me, (only a wood wall seperating
us)
and she said her wireless router went out about a month ago. so heres
what goes on around my shop:

flourscent lights, (did try with all lights off)
2.4 ghz cordless phones (tried changing channel in router to channel
9
instead of 6)
Coke machine (cooling motor?)
Lots of monitors
about a half block away, 2 local internet companies have their towers
for wireless internet
flying saucers flying over at night beaming us with x ray?

and just a tad bit more information (i find that if i load this with
information, i get more responses as u don't have to ask me questions
of what i left out.) Im running an actiontech dsl router into my smc
wireless router, i feed a 16 port linksys switch, and have 16
computers constantly running (wired) with no problems. I have fought
this problem for over a month and am running out of possible
solutions... this may end up being one of those ''cant get to
banking
site" ones.. still haven't got to the bottom of that one yet either
