Most of us have only just cottoned on to the fact that it is not
working. The problem has been brought to the attention of Microsoft. I
do not know whether they were aware of it previously.

I think he means that it's really not working for anyone. It's not
working for me either. The link is just another way of searching the
knowledge base while the Help & Support function doesn't. ;-)
