How do I stop device drivers from being loaded?

How do I stop these 3 device drivers from being loaded?
I can't find them listed in CONTROL PANEL -> ADMINISTRATIVE TOOLS
-> COMPUTER MANAGEMENT -> DEVICE MANAGER
